1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and lb33 ("lb33", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the lb33 website at lb33.one and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, and arcade games (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on lb33, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. These Terms should be read in conjunction with lb33's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

• You are not accessing lb33 from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction prior to registration.
• You have not previously been subject to account closure or self-exclusion on lb33 for any reason that has not been formally lifted by lb33 in writing.

lb33 reserves the right to require additional documentation to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to produce satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in suspension or permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawal subject to ongoing investigation.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each player may register only one account on lb33. Registration of duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or payment methods by the same individual — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. lb33 conducts identity verification ("KYC") in accordance with international gaming authority guidelines. You agree to provide, upon request, any of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport).
• Proof of address dated within the preceding 90 days (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Source of funds documentation where transactions exceed specified thresholds.
• Proof of ownership of any registered payment method.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lb33 login credentials. You must notify lb33 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account. lb33 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

lb33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where account activity is inconsistent with normal player behaviour.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on lb33 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits: lb33 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, AmBank, and other participating banks). Deposits are credited to your lb33 wallet instantly upon successful authorisation.
• Minimum deposit: RM30 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method most recently used for a deposit on the account. lb33 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the account holder.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• Processing times: e-Wallet withdrawals typically settle within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals typically settle within one business hour. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal verification: lb33 reserves the right to require full KYC completion before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation where lb33 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

lb33 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which lb33 bears no responsibility.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on lb33 are governed by the following general rules, supplemented by game-specific rules published in-lobby for each product:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the lb33 system. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where cash-out functionality is explicitly available and exercised by the player.
• lb33 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on an event with manifestly incorrect odds, or placed in circumstances that constitute a technical malfunction. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's lb33 wallet.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a live casino game round, the round will be declared void and stakes returned. lb33 is not liable for loss of potential winnings arising from technical failures outside its reasonable control.
• lb33 relies on official results from relevant governing bodies (sports leagues, regulators) to settle bets. Any delay in official result publication will delay settlement accordingly.
• Maximum bet and payout limits apply per game and per bet type. These limits are displayed in the relevant game lobby or product interface. lb33 reserves the right to adjust limits at any time without prior notice.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

lb33 offers various promotions to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published on the relevant lb33 Promotion page:

• Bonuses are awarded at lb33's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met using real-money funds before bonus funds are applied to a bet.
• lb33 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it determines that the player has exploited promotional offers, engaged in bonus abuse, or placed bets in patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Bonuses and promotional offers are available to one account per household, IP address, and registered payment method, unless otherwise specified.
• lb33 is under no obligation to award a bonus to any player and may apply additional eligibility criteria at its discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on lb33 and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Using any automated betting software, bot, script, crawler, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the lb33 Platform.
• Collusion with other players, including cooperation to guarantee profits or exploit promotional mechanics.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies across lb33 and other platforms using lb33 bonus funds.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing errors in lb33 games or odds feeds.
• Providing false information during registration, verification, or communication with lb33 support.
• Funding your lb33 account using payment methods that do not belong to you, or using proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• Accessing the lb33 Platform via a VPN, proxy, or other IP masking technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the lb33 Platform.

Where lb33 identifies prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, void associated bets and bonuses, and withhold any pending withdrawal pending investigation. Confirmed breaches may result in permanent account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the lb33 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, design, text, graphics, logos, and the lb33 brand name — is the exclusive intellectual property of lb33 or its licensed game providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any lb33 content without the prior written consent of lb33. Unauthorised use of lb33 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lb33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to access, the lb33 Platform;
• Any technical malfunction, system interruption, or data loss beyond lb33's reasonable control;
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security;
• Any decision made by you in reliance on information provided on the lb33 Platform;
• Any delay in processing withdrawals or deposits caused by your payment provider or a banking system;
• Gambling losses incurred through normal use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude lb33's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Responsible Gaming
